Staff Applications #2

Yes I am making a big deal about all this staff positions and stuff. Left start. Number ONE, if you ask me ingame, "Justin, can I talk to you about staff and how to become one." right off the bat, your not getting the position. TWO, honestly 25% of people who join rsps' is because they are trying to get a staff spot. I'm not the type of person who says. "pfft yeah idc here's your position." I'm the type of guy who literally tracks what up you do. I don't want a server with little nub staff members walking around not solving problems and just abusing your commands/powers. THREE, under any circumstances! From now on, if I hear anything about being a staff member ingame, right there that person isnt getting staff. The ONLY two people that can promote players are Myself, and Mod Syntax! So please! Just apply an application right on this very forum, and NEVER NEVER come talk to me about it. I will read it eventually.(1-2 days) Thank you for your understanding.

Hopefully people will read this and keep this in mind!  You should also sticky it so everything will and can read this!  It's nice to know you don't pick random people for staff!  With just how you are acting and how the server/forums look this server will go very far!
