Promethius 718 - Makeover v1

I have decided to switch the server of and completely Re-Code it, this means:
Tutorial Island,
I wont spill much about this, but it consists of a npc giving you simple tasks, to cut down spammers and botters, but any "normal" human being could complete this easy...
New Home,
The new home will be in a better place so you can get to places much easier and faster and i will explain why in the next paragraph..
No Commands and Mr.Ex,
This means you will actully have to walk to places *sigh* ad mr.ex will be replaces by 2 or 3 quests that give you acsess to qbd, kbd, bandos chamber ect...
Altars,
The aincent altar and the zaros altar will be in 2 different locations and require a puzzle about promethius to unlock!
Reward Scheme,
If you make 5 new players join the server on a diffrent ip every time (we do check) you will be rewarded x2 exp and x4 exp for members and 100k ingame cash.
Exp Rates,
The Exp Rates will be 7x rs speed, so that could get you 99 attack in about one week, we like to give you a challenge!
Staff,
All staff are required to have "mod" in front of there name, any other player without this is NOT staff. NOTE: You cannot apply for an Administrator spot, you must earn it by either Mod Justin or myself. For Moderator position, you must make a new thread for your Application.
