Staff applications.

This is a fatal error I see with some newer rs-ps's.  Now, sometimes it seems a good idea to let players try to apply for a staff position.  But with this, this will attract mainly to type of players.  The annoying staff hunters, and the ones who luckily get staff and then abuse it and make legit players quit.  When the player joins and they seen the "apply for staff here" or how ever you word it, they kiss up to all staff members, help when ever there is a active staff member online, especially when the owner is online.

I also see that on the forums, all of the areas are empty, but when you see the staff applications  it is filled with posts from people trying to get staff...  If you have any questions/comments please post below!

So true!! :/ and I am very good at finding the right person. I don't automatically say ok your in. I'll watch that player, players for a good amount of time. (1,2 weeks)

Yeah, thanks for agreeing!  It's just annoying because when I was co-owner of this rs-ps we would have like 200+ registered members, but only 5 active at a time because the other 190+ would all be gone because they didn't get staff...  It's really sad to see happen.  So that's why I like to help all servers with this problem!
