Are Admins+ Allowed to make Clans?
Just saying, most servers don't let them since they spawn etc.
Also, they are more powerful than other clans alone.

I'm going to start playing more.  The reason why I haven't in the past couple of days if because I have not been in the mood to train...  I'm not atm either but I would like to get my clan all sorted out.

Not necessarily, just because we both have different clans, doesn't mean we have to be enemies.  We could be allies and help each other out when needed.  We could do practice wars and such!  That is up to you because I don't mind if we have some friendly competition but it would be cool to be allies also!
